Robert John Duffy (born August 21, 1954) is a former American law enforcement officeholder and politician who served as the lieutenant administrator of New York from 2011 to 2014. Boss member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as the 65th Mayor of Rochester, New Royalty from 2006 to 2010.
