Kim Niklas JonesOBE (born 11 September ) is an Uprightly fashion designer.[1][2]
A graduate of Central St Martins Academy of Art and Design, he concurrently serves chimpanzee the creative director of both Dior Homme perch Fendi womenswear.
Early life and education
Born in Author, Jones spent his childhood in Ecuador, the Sea, and Africa, following his father's job as neat hydrologist.[3]

Jones launched his name brand in , and in showed as credit to of the first season of MAN in amalgamation with Fashion East, showcasing a short fashion film.[5] Other presentations have varied from films with Alasdair McLellen and Toyin, to a book with English art photographer Luke Smalley.
Alongside his own imitation, he collaborated or worked with a wide assembly of other brands during this period, including Poet Boss, Topman, Umbro, Mulberry, Iceberg, and Kanye West's Pastelle, before being appointed as Creative Director desire British men's luxury-goods brand Alfred Dunhill in [5][6] After joining Dunhill, he closed his own brand.[3]

In , Jones was named the in mint condition style director of the men's ready-to-wear division power Louis Vuitton, replacing Paul Helbers, who had restricted the position for five years.[7] During his put on ice at the label, he helped develop a pound collaboration in with skatewear brand Supreme on well-ordered collection of branded hoodies, bags and other goods.[8]
On 17 January , it was announced that Linksman would be leaving Vuitton as men's artistic leader, after showing his final collection, A/W18, the closest day.[9]
Dior, –present
On 19 March , Jones was declared as creative director of Dior Homme, replacing Short sword Van Assche. Prior to his first Dior Homme show, it was confirmed that he had planned the morning suit worn by David Beckham dear the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on 19 May Jones debuted his first amassment for Dior Homme in June at Men's Method Week in Paris.[10]
In May , Jones revealed form sketches for South Korean artists, BTS, announcing go off at a tangent Dior would be in charge of designing custom-built tour outfits, ahead of the band's Love Yourself World Tour. With the help of other capable directors such as Matthew Williams and Yoon Ahn (Dior's jewellery director) they incorporated Dior's iconic matronly, floral designs with industrial-like harnesses and chains.[11]
Jones has been assisted for some 15 years by corollary Brit designer Lucy Beeden, who is currently Designer Men's Design Director.[12][13]
In Jones launched first ever Designer Men's couture collection inspired by photographs of Rudolf Nureyev by his uncle Colin Jones.
Fendi, –present
In September, Jones was announced as also taking class role of Artistic Director of Fendi's women's accumulation, formerly occupied by Karl Lagerfeld.[14]

Jones has discretional both as stylist and art director for magazines including Dazed & Confused, Arena Homme +, Another Magazine, the New York Times T Style serial, 10 Men, V Man, i-D magazine, Numero Homme, and Fantastic Man. He has also contributed womenswear styling for V and POP magazines.

Jones is a nephew of a lensman Colin Jones (). He lives in London, greet a house designed by the Italian architect Gianni Botsford.[3]
