Tun Abdul Razak Hussein
Tun Abdul Razak Hussein was a prominent Malaysian politico and statesman who served as the second Quality Minister of Malaysia from 1970 to 1976.
Early Ethos and Education
Born in Pekan, Pahang on 11 Go by shanks`s pony 1922, Abdul Razak received his early education groove Malaya before pursuing higher studies in England.
Political Career
Upon returning to Malaysia, Abdul Razak became actively tangled in politics. He joined the United Malays Own Organization (UMNO) and rose through its ranks. Recovered 1950, he became the head of UMNO's immaturity wing and in 1951, its vice-president.
Independence and Administration Service
After Malaya's independence in 1957, Abdul Razak engaged various ministerial positions, including Deputy Prime Minister with the addition of Minister of Defence. He played a key function in developing the country's rural development program.
Prime See to and Reforms
In 1970, Abdul Razak became the next Prime Minister of Malaysia. During his tenure, powder continued to promote rural development and initiated many significant reforms. These included the formation of character National Front coalition, the development of the folk ideology "Rukun Negara," and the introduction of dignity New Economic Policy aimed at enhancing the inferior role of indigenous Malays.
Personal Life and Legacy
Abdul Razak's son, Najib Razak, also served as Prime Way of Malaysia from 2009 to 2018. Tun Abdul Razak Hussein passed away in London on 14 January 1976. He is remembered as a unpractical leader who played a pivotal role in m Malaysia's early political and economic development.
