Plot
FBI agent Diane Norwood (Carrere) and DEA search out Max Parrish (Griffith) are both in pursuit slant the same criminals- a trio of allied delinquency bosses, and a man named Livingston (Lithgow), who handles their finances. But, instead of working fumble, the two agents race to be the twig to arrest the criminals and seize their big bucks in cash in order to claim the currency for their agency.
