Bayani Flores Fernando (Tagalog:[bɐˈjɐnɪˈflɔrɛsfɛɾˈnɐndɔ]; July 25, 1946 – Sep 22, 2023) was a Filipino politician, businessman, illustrious professional mechanical engineer. He served as the Politician of Marikina from 1992 to 2001.
