Final Observations

The management should realize there is no alternative to colloquy. Instead of enforcing controversial Media Council Bill and IT Bill rendering government should focus on formulating a new Invoice on “Terrorism and Destructive Activities”. Casualties and overheads are bound to increase if the government treats this issue only as an irritant. Even even supposing the country getting embroiled in another armed disagreement is a far-fetched thought,  the government needs rear bring peace in Nepal through non-violent measures.
